About

Who I see:I work with individuals who are curious about the way their lived experiences impact who they are and how they engage with the world as well as folks experiencing life transitions and navigating trauma.

How I work:I work from the core belief that you are the expert of your own experience. I deeply value your inherent wisdom and approach therapy as a relational and collaborative process.

I see you as a whole person shaped by your lived experiences and the systems and contexts you move within. Your relationships, identities, and environments all matter in the therapeutic space.

My approach is holistic and integrative, drawing from psychodynamic, attachment-based and emotion-focused modalities. I practice through a social justice–oriented, intersectional, and systemic lens, honoring the broader cultural and structural factors that impact your life.

We might work well together if you’re looking for someone calm, direct and laidback; if you want a genuine relationship with your therapist and you don’t mind being challenged.
