I am a licensed psychotherapist (LCSW) based in Aspen, Colorado dedicated to providing a compassionate and inclusive space for healing and growth. I specialize in working with adults struggling with depression, anxiety, and life transitions while utilizing an array of therapeutic techniques to tailor my approach to each individual and their unique needs.

My background is in the arts, with an undergraduate degree in Art History from the University of Saint Andrews followed by a Masters in Design Studies from Parsons School of Design at The New School. While working in art I began volunteering at a hospice agency, which inspired me to pursue a career in medical social work. This path ultimately led to earning a Masters in Social Work from Fordham University, where I also served as a Palliative Care Fellow.

Prior to establishing my private practice, I worked as a behavioral health clinician providing care across a range of healthcare environments. In addition, I served as a Director of Behavioral Health Services, playing a key role in expanding service offerings in a hospital setting. These experiences allow me to approach each client with a well-rounded perspective while providing quality, holistic and individualized psychotherapy.
